3. Bryony Gordon and Prince Harry start a national conversation on mental health

4.The Duke and Prince Harry talk about mens mental health
Heads Together charity partner CALM have done some fantastic work on preventing male suicide this year. Earlier this year they did an exclusive interview with The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry on men’s mental health. Read it here.
5. Jonny and Neil complete the mental health marathon
In 2008, Neil, a stranger at the time, stopped Jonny from taking his own life at Waterloo bridge. This year they ran the mental health marathon together and reflect on the moment they ran passed Waterloo bridge on the route.

Radio 1 DJ Adele Roberts has shown so much Team Heads Together spirit this year. We loved this moment when The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge surprised her at Radio 1.
7. Place2Be schools lead the way in kindness
Heads Together Charity Partner Place2Be hosted a Big Assembly this year to celebrate kindness. Watch Mitchell Brook Primary School students celebrate those who have got the ‘K’ factor.
8. The Mind Over Marathon team inspire
The Mind Over Marathon team have been unbelievable inspirational this year. From sharing their stories with the nation to taking part in the mental health marathon. Watch Poppy’s story from the Mind Over Marathon here.
9. Prince Harry launches a military mental fitness programme
Huge progress has been made in military mental health. The Royal Foundation and the Ministry of Defence launched a programme to improve the mental health of current and former armed forces personnel.
10. Their Royal Highnesses take part in a relay race
We’ve had so much fun this year, one of the highlights being the relay race at the Team Heads Together training day. It was a fantastic day seeing the team meet each other and prepare for the mental health marathon.
