The 60 Second Support series

Heads Together and our charity partners have been working on a new, innovative radio content series with Radiocentre, offering millions of listeners practical tips and advice to help them better support their mental health during the coronavirus pandemic.

It’s a strange and difficult time for everyone at the moment, and many of us might be feeling anxious, worried or scared. Through the 60 Second Support series, we’ll be bringing you new tips and ideas from the experts at our charity partners to help you take small steps to look after your wellbeing, and that of those around you.

Every day, a new episode will be released and shared across hundreds of radio stations in the UK, each focusing on a different topic. We hope these minutes will help people deal with issues such as isolation, bereavement, conflict at home and self-care during the coronavirus crisis.

Have a look at the topics below, and don’t forget to check back for a new episode each day.
