This weekend, in an historic moment, all 32 fixtures in the third round of The Emirates FA Cup are kicking off one minute later than their traditional time slots.
We’ve been working with Public Health England’s Every Mind Matters on a brand new film to draw attention to the simple steps we can all take to look after our mental health and well being.
Voiced by The Duke of Cambridge and starring Dele Alli, Harry Maguire, Frank Lampard, Alex Scott and many more, the film will be played in stadiums across the UK during the one minute delay to the third round fixtures.
It’s a reminder to us all that our mental health is just as important as our physical health and we can all take simple steps to support our own well being.
Earlier this year, Every Mind Matters released their ‘Your Mind Plan’ tool, which anyone can use to create a personal mental health action plan with tailored and simple self-care actions.
